bonjour

Suite à la démission de 3 de nos dirigeants , je suis à la recherche de 3 nouvelles têtes.
Les 3 postes sont basés à Nanterre.

1 poste de directeur France
2 postes ingénieur sénior en environnement (phase II, soil, groundwater remediation)

Embauche de suite.

Je n'ai pas encore les descriptions de postes mais si vous connaissez des personnes , n'hésitez pas à relayer l'information.

Function Title
Managing Director of URS France

Function Purpose
As a senior manager within the Continental Europe business you are expected to contribute proactively to the development of the business. Primary areas of responsibility are to direct operations in line with fiscal and strategic goals and company polices and procedures.
How the function fits in to the organisation
This is a strategic role, which allows you to demonstrate sound business skills as well as your ability to lead and innovate in order to contribute to the success of the France operation.
Reports to Operations Director (Continental Europe). Directs work of office manager other senior staff.

Function Responsibilities (List responsibilities of position)

Leadership
Act as role model of management style.
Consult and champion with others the vision of the firm’s business strategy and core values.
Provide visionary leadership and direction to the France Senior Management Team.
To work with senior managers in France and Continental Europe to remove barriers to achievement of business goals.
To help formulate and gain commitment for the implementation of the France business strategy.
To review client satisfaction and constantly strive to improve our standing with our clients by developing strategies for adding and creating value for our clients.


Management
Identify resources and skills needed to achieve business strategy and put them in place
Review and develop organisation structures to support business strategy.
Create and support an environment for the development of the management and technical skills of teams and individuals.
To manage the implementation of processes and procedures throughout France
To act as Line Manager to all direct reports.
To develop business opportunities together with other senior staff. Strategic development of client base and integrated service offerings.

Fiscal
To set, agree and deliver budgets for the France
Maintain profitability, together with cost control and cash management (DSO).
To work within the URS Authority Matrix (Europe) framework.


Function Objectives (List objectives for function)
To provide strategic direction
Achieve strategic objectives.
Establish, develop and maintain a sustainable business.
Implementation of URS Corporate polices and procedures.
To communicate with employees, peers, senior mgmt and clients in order to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards possible given the client requirements.
To direct the people strategy from recruitment through training and pastoral support to exit.
To use and encourage others to use the systems and procedures in place (QMS, HSMS, EMS etc).
To provide high-level support in the management of client care and client satisfaction.
To ensure that all direct reports receive the training and support required in order to perform their roles effectively.
To undertake project reviews on major projects and review work for consistency.

Key Requirements
Thorough knowledge of the France environmental/engineering market.
Significant experience working in an international environment.
Technical experience relevant to the business.
Significant management experience and demonstrate to be able to grow a business.
Consistent and open style of management in accordance with company strategy and policies.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate both internally and externally.
Excellent fiscal skills.
Motivation and commitment to drive change and enthusiasm and energy to develop and deliver a strategy.
Fluent in French and English.
